    Traditional YTT Programs involve a 200 hour commitment and $3k+ investment. These programs are a highly recommended investment, and this course focuses on practical + technical tools for building confidence and implementing those teachings.

About Yoga Sculpt

  • Sara Hoffman founded Yoga for Athletes as a Yoga Sculpt certification in 2018 to help train fitness instructors to bring fitness-lovers the mind-body experience of yoga. Clients who consistently fatigue their muscles, need a different approach to yoga! After a decade of teaching physical fitness & dance classes she found yoga as a way to lengthen the muscles and lean out with the added bonus of increased mindfulness in the kitchen. She holds over 10 different fitness certifications as well as being a twice-certified RYT-200.

  • After going through the long and enriching process to become a registered yoga teacher, she wanted to create a pathway with a more comprehensive, practical & accessible certification for her team that would be quick to implement, to keep up with demand. Her daily schedule as a barre and cardio sculpt instructor made certain yoga classes stressful rather than enjoyable.

  • Yoga Sculpt is a mash-up incorporating hand weights & body weight training in conjunction with vinyasa. We also offer three complementary programs - but focus on a style that merges the world of fitness and yoga. When you can't decide between a workout and yoga practice… When you want the best of both worlds, or if you’re incorporating yoga into a gym… try the highly efficient yoga sculpt routines in this course.
